Medway Mile
2010 Medway Mile- This year was the sec ond time that i took part in the Medway Milke and i manged to beat my time by 4 minutes compared to the previous year- It must thave been down to all the things i done with the people of the Medway Towns to keep my self active and healthy! Thank you Medway!! Maybe with more of your help I can shave off a few more minutes, next year!
2009 Medway Mile- this year i was a part of a very unique race that involved myself, a lion, a crocodile and a Chinese dragon all racing each other along a 15m straight to see who was the winner. It wasn't me!
